SNO-KING KENDO CLUB

Sno-King Kendo is dedicated to promoting the art of Japanese swordsmanship. Led by Jeffrey Marsten Sensei Jr., kendo 5th dan, our club has been serving Snohomish and King County since 2002.

Sno-King Kendo Club offers traditional kendo taught for a diverse community. At the time we were founded, there were no kendo clubs serving the north end of King County and the south end of Snohomish County.

The club serves not only the north Seattle area but Greenwood, Shoreline, Lynnwood, Fremont, Ballard, University District, Queen Anne and points in between.

Summer Quarter currently underway:
Jun 25 to Aug 13, 2026

Fall Quarter classes take place
Sep 17 to Dec 17, 2026.

JOIN US FOR KENDO ON THURSDAYS!

Open for Ages 8 to infinity

Beginner Classes: Thursdays, 7:00pm-8:00 p.m.
Advanced/Intermediate Classes: Thursdays, 7:00-9:00 p.m.

Our dojo is led by Jeffrey Marsten Sensei, Kendo 5th Dan. Instructors include women and men that have competed at the highest levels of kendo.
